How do I check my order status?

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for shipping information to update on the website.

How come only some products from my order arrived?

We ship from our warehouses in the US, EU and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

After you have placed an order, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 12 hours, it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel, home decor, Jewelry and 45 days for hooded blanket, wallet case, after having ordered, contact us through our Contact us page and we will do our best to help you.
